1. Services Provided

Logolikepro provides professional logo design, branding, and digital creative services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to make the purchase and provide the necessary information for your project.

2. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in advance or according to the agreed-upon project milestones. We begin design work only after payment has been successfully processed. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price agreed upon at the time of purchase.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: Upon full payment of all fees, you (the client) retain full ownership of the final design files.
  • Portfolio Rights: Logolikepro reserves the right to display any work created in our portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes, unless a specific non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been signed.
  • Design Concepts: All drafts, unused concepts, and source files remain the property of Logolikepro until the final selection is made and paid for.

4. Revisions and Feedback

We want you to love your design. Revisions are provided based on the selected package. To ensure timely delivery, we require clear and timely feedback. If a project remains inactive due to a lack of client response for more than 14 days, we reserve the right to pause or close the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

Logolikepro is not responsible for any trademark, copyright, or patent infringements that may occur if the client uses the final design without conducting their own legal search. Our liability is limited to the total cost of the project paid by the client.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any project if the client engages in abusive behavior or breaches these terms. In such cases, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion based on the work completed up to that point.
