Because we provide digital creative services, we do not offer instant refunds once the design process has begun. Instead, we are committed to unlimited revisions (depending on the package) to ensure the final product aligns with your vision. We believe in “fixing” the design rather than canceling the project.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

• Before Work Starts: If you cancel your project before we have started any design concepts, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Project Cancellation: If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your project requirements or meet the agreed-upon deadline, a partial or full refund may be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

• Once you have received the final design files.
• If the project was approved and finalized by you.
• If you decide to change your business direction or branding needs after the design work has already been completed.
• If there has been a lack of communication from your side for more than 14 days without prior notice.
